Welcome to Albuquerque Prenatal Yoga at Baby Moon Yoga Tri-Fit.
Baby Moon Tri-Fit is much more than “just” yoga. We operate from a foundation of 3 categories of study that inform the unique construction of our intelligent & well-balanced classes.
The “Tri” includes:
- Hatha Yoga for Pregnancy & Postpartum
- Childbirth Education & Labor Preparation
- Body Mechanics
Truly receive the benefits of labor preparation from our specialty designed classes by attending at least 2 times/week in-person, virtually, or by watching a video.
Upcoming Special Class Visitors
- Doctor of Physical Therapy, Talia Gilmour, will be visiting near the end of class on these upcoming Saturdays from 11:45-12 pm near the end of the All Level Prenatal class to discuss and give helpful tips for:
- April 4, 2026: Breathing changes throughout pregnancy & how to fully breathe 365 degrees.
