Prenatal Yoga Strength & Flow for 2nd & 3rd Trimesters: A well-rounded, condensed prenatal yoga session with hip-openers, strengthening & exercises, breath-work, and relaxation postures to cultivate deep rest. Check with your pregnancy healthcare provider to make sure that it’s safe for you to practice this type of exercise before moving through this session.

Women’s Health Yoga Flow: A well-balanced yoga session designed for women and great for ALL bodies. This session guides you through a series of intelligent movements to tone and cultivate stability in the pelvic region, yoga postures for lengthening and lifting the front body and chest to aid in deeper breathing and an integrated core, and breathing exercises (pranayama) and restorative postures for deep rest and overall rejuvenation.

Yoga After an Abortion: Whether a person has an abortion for medical reasons or it’s a choice they’ve made for themselves, they should not be expected to be back to “normal” within a day, nor should they have to recover in silence. This gentle restorative session is for those who’ve recently had an abortion and may still be bleeding or have stopped bleeding and are wanting to support their body into full recovery. This video is designed to repeat weekly or more, as long as one feels that they are receiving benefits from moving through the session. Make sure that practicing gentle yoga is advised by your healthcare abortion provider before moving through this session.
