Chiropractor | Yoga Instructor | Educator
Yoga has been a guiding thread in my life since my early twenties, when I began practicing while studying Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology at the University of Colorado. Over the past 22 years, my journey has taken me through many styles of yoga including Bikram, vinyasa flow, Anusara, Ashtanga, Kundalini, and restorative yoga. Each practice has offered a deeper connection to my body, breath, and sense of self.
This exploration of the mind and body connection eventually led me to pursue chiropractic care. I graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 2009. In 2014, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training at Bhava Yoga Studio with Bea Doyle. I have also studied restorative yoga, yogic breathing, meditation, Kundalini practices, and bandhas with Tias Little, along with yoga modifications for pregnancy.
Shortly after completing my yoga certification, I became pregnant with my first daughter, Quinn, which marked the beginning of a transformative chapter as a mother. Since then, I have moved through various roles including chiropractic practitioner, educator, and full-time parent, continually returning to yoga as a grounding and expansive practice.
Today, I combine my background in science, movement, and healing to support women and families—especially during pregnancy and postpartum. I believe that mindful movement, breath awareness, and energy work provide powerful tools for sustainable transformation, offering support as we grow ourselves and our families.
